RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES


We do not accept returns as all of our jewelry is handmade to order. However there are certain exemptions to this, feel free to contact info@amayajones.com to discuss your particular situation. In some cases we will allow exchanges.



ORDERING, SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICIES


All jewelry is made with love in Los Angeles. Each order is handmade upon request so please allow up to 3 weeks for production. Please feel free to contact info@amayajones.com with any questions or requests. Once the jewelry is produced please allow a window of 10 days to receive your shipment. Rush orders are available upon request. All of our shipping requires a signature at delivery. We do not accept returns as our jewelry is handmade to order. However, you may email info@amayajones.com to discuss your specific case, in some situations we allow exchanges. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. After your payment has been processed and your order is confirmed you will receive an automated email of your invoice at checkout. All shipping rates are calculated through FedEx and all packages are insured to protect your purchase.
